  My name is Melanie and I am the District Manager with MEB for AZ Commons II. After reading several of the reviews on here, I wanted to post regarding all of the changes that we have and will continue to make at AZ Commons II. We want each resident to have a great experience living at AZ Commons II. We have a wonderful on site manager named Nita who has been in the business for a very long time. She is committed to making sure all customer service needs are met and each resident has a pleasant experience. We also have Ben on staff at the property in our maintenance department. He has also been in the business for several years and is committed to making sure all service requests are addressed in a timely manner and done correctly. MEB always strives to be the very best in the industry and will have that same great service at AZ Commons II. We also have Susan as our Resident Liason. She is at the property to assist the residents with any customer service needs they may have. She is committed to making sure that each of you have a positive experience at AZ Commons II. At AZ Commons II we understand that being a student is stressful, which is why we do everything we can to allow you to focus on your studies.
