- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Should be a lower score than poor. New to Tucson I almost went there. H&R Blockheads - I do mean "Blockheads" were incredibly incompetent in CA. Doubted any difference here. I digress - called to make an appointment w/Jackson Hewitt. They were more confused than H&R. Instead read the reviews - OMG - they need prison sentences. Horror story after horror story after horror story... These poor customers had lost a lot of money etc. Jackson Hewitt was refusing to even address the problem - much less take any blame.
