I wish it would let you leave 0 stars! This is hands down the worst financial establishment I have ever dealt with. They do not care about their members, they are extremely rude (except Chandra, she is the only good person there!) Any time I've gone in they do not make me feel important or like I matter to them at all. They are not helpful whatsoever and don't even try to work with you. If i didn't have a loan through them I would close my accounts in a heartbeat! That's actually exactly what I'm going to do when it's paid off. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO ANYONE!!!!!! If you're looking for a great credit union I suggest Vantage West!
