  My mother opened an account with Vantage West and the service was so incredible. We both felt welcomed and left with a great feeling. My mother had a serious fall in the parking lot and within minutes a number of folks from V. W. came to our assistance. These are such incredible folks. We could not say enough about the Manager, Iris, Star, Jennifer, Christine and Paulo. They stayed with my Mother until paramedics arrived and were so helpful. We have been back since this incident and they are were so nice to us. We feel very well cared for in so many ways. We are so happy that we found Vantage West. I thank them and feel so fortunate to have them working so hard for us. Thanks! Wools Lavelle
