  If I could give these apartments a lower rating I would. Let me begin by saying before I moved out of this place, I came in with no expectations. I saw the front office, clean and modern. Then I was promptly taken to the apartment shown to new potential tenants and was thinking how wonderful it would be to live here. I was genuinely excited. The people at the office, seem to try their best to be nice and I have no personal problems with anyone that works here. That being said, this place was absolutely atrocious. It was infested with cockroaches, and after asking around; the majority of people who live here have a roach problem as well. After repeated requests, and contact, nothing was ever done to solve the issue. On top of that I felt like a nuisance asking why the exterminator missed his appointments we repeatedly made. The water was constantly being shut off without notice, and there were always homeless people digging through the trash at odd hours of the night causing a huge mess and loud noise. There is a lot of petty crime and drugs in the area as well. My car was broken into twice and I was threatened with violence by random people in the apartment. As if closing the gate or having a security gaurd even makes a difference in the matter. It doesn't. I can say that the electric and water bills were fairly reasonable, but this place was absolutely horrible in the time I spent there. I hope it can become a better place for people to live and improve on all of its clear and obvious short comings.
