  This location is very far from campus. They do provide a shuttle but don't rely on it. I am currently 2 months into the semester and have been stranded at campus over 5 times already. Uber charges are getting expensive and usually there is no notice of shuttle cancellations. Where there is, its no more than 6 hours in advanced (so too late to make plans). The shuttle was a deal breaker for us and its unreliability makes this apartment not worth the distance. The only saving grace is the staff, they're awesome. TL;DR: Consider another location unless you have a parking pass

  Worst students housing in tucson! They brag about having a great shuttle that goes back and forth to campus but they leave out how often it breaks down or how they dont have enough drivers to keep it going through the day. This has been an issue for months and no improvements have been made. Cheap rent is not worth the NUMEROUS issues this place has.

  Terrible place to live. I have had my parents come visit me from out of town for a couple of hours and ended up getting towed just because they did not park in visitor's parking but at the time every visitor's spot was filled. There are hundreds of people who live here and only about 15 visitor's parking spots. Rude staff with the exception of maintenance. Front office staff is incredibly rude and petty. They literally want to charge you for everything here. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
