I have had my payment automatically taken out from my debit card acct. at the cost of $5 monthly. I have been with Geico for three yrs and was just told this morning that I could save $4 a month if the bill was paid through my bank acct. I would have saved $144 dollars in this time. I was NEVER given this option before. I think it's extremely under handed I asked the representative if I could be reimbursed this amount and was told no this was not possible. I will be looking for another insurance company. Unbelievable!!!
