  I have lived in one of Hazen's townhomes for almost 3 years. They allowed me to tour several units on my own before deciding which one I wanted. There were a few things that needed to be done before I moved in (no garbage disposal, screened door, etc), and the day I got my keys, everything was done. The staff is very friendly, and they are quickly to respond to and resolve any problems I ever had (which weren't many!). Maintenance was quick to show up and very respectful of my space and cleaning up after themselves. The neighborhood is great (I lived on Campbell and Adelaide), neighbors are friendly, and we have been really happy here. We recently had to move because we are expecting a baby and need more space, but otherwise would have continued to live there. Definitely worth checking out if you are looking for a place to live.
