  It took public posts after being told NO to get any response about fixing the poor grading on the property causing bad flooding. Also, front yard soil was never packed causing it to sink, ruining the sidewalks, which had to be replaced and trees that were planted fell over by the wind once they got big. That they refused to replace even though I complained about the soft ground, leaning tree a year ago. Been here for 2 years and 3 months. Lots of bad settlement cracks that occurred after the 1 year warranty. Be very proactive when your house is being built. Too many things happened that shouldn't have in Phase 1. Looks like they are finally getting there act together on all issues mentioned. Mostly because we were far from the only ones with the same problems.
