  If I could do a negative star, I would! Stephanie and Ed were our homes listing agents and were absolutely terrible. Communication is imperative in a transaction and without it, both buyers and sellers struggle. They had NO follow through and did not return calls or do what they promised they would. Once they got there commission checks they disappeared! The prior owner of the home failed to get the dish network satellites off the home, dish had the boxes delivered to our new home so their equipment could be returned (as silly as this may sound, it has actually turned into quite the hassle) we contacted the agent to assist in reaching the seller and said, oh by the way could you PLEASE get your big red listing pole out of our yard. 3 weeks later and 10++ calls to them AND their broker Lupita and still NOTHING! I left multiple messages for Lupita and she didn't even return my call (to date have not spoken to ANY of them... NOT a single one of them have returned a call). Broker (Lupita Mitz) had the audacity to tell me "you didn't request the sellers dish to be removed and you did a walk through" I am still to date trying to get them to get their sign pole picked up! They only care about the money, NOT the people!
