  My family and i have been in the same home paying our rent on time every sigle month for years to this company, sad part is being a good tenant will get you no where with this managment, the land lord is quick to blame anyone he or she can and never willing to negotiate even in good faith for something as little as a screen door. I do not recommend you rent from this company. Reason i say he or she regarding the land lord is because i have requested multiple times to meet when it comes to advocating for what they call a “appeal” and always denyis my request. To this day i have not met the land lord. They are quick to collect but never to side with a tenant. Update to reply. You speak of being professional yet you post personal sensitive information regarding a deal I have with the management? This just further proves the reason why you have a one star rating on google, at some point as a business owner or landlord he or she must step in to resolve a issue not just hide behind employees and rules, that makes for good business.

  This has been by far the worst rental property... they don’t even give you 3 day grace period. Also they charge you for alll maintenance that needs to be done even if it’s not wear and tear. I had a leak and it took them 3 months to Fix it I signed in February and they charged me 3 extra days I asked why? They said well usually months have 30 days .. so I paid for days that don’t exist
