  Just came in for the drive up ATM and had a lil issue withdrawing money. A quick trip inside, with very little wait time. I was greeted by a friendly and helpful employee. Who within a couple mins found that the error at the ATM was my fault. Then assisted me with getting my money I was in and out faster then posting this review!!! Excellent credit union that had been around for quite awhile and I really like them. Free checking with a minimum balance of $5.00, great deal and awesome customer service.

  I was able to walk in, withdraw the full balance of my account and close the account without having to show any identification or give any information besides my name!! I couldn't believe it. It was an old account a family member had set up for me that I had never touched, so I had never been to this bank, must less this branch, and they couldn't have had any idea I was who I said I was!! For that reason alone, I would say protect your money and go somewhere else! All someone needs is your name and they can go in and take all of your money. I did have to sign something, but again, nothing was required to show I was who I said I was. The one-star rating is also due to poor customer service and the crazy amount of fees they had charged to this account. I never write reviews, but I thought this was egregious enough that other people should know. I would give zero stars if I could.

  Love this place, they were willing to take care of me when others would not! Always friendly when I go in. Any issues that have came up were taken care of immediately. I definitely recommend them for any banking needs....
