  Gave him $5k retainer. Breached our agreementm they were supposed to contact us prior to taking out of the $5k retainer, kept racking up charges after they were told to stop. Stay away from Ron Zack and Udall Lawfirm, unless you want them to dip into your checkbook as they like. The way I saw it they took my deposit and helped themselves to it as they felt, left me blind to control expense as they did not send me invoices or contact me for authorization to make expense. They racked up almost $20,000 twenty thousand dollars that they have the audacity coming after me for when they were the ones that breached. Unethical, very unprofessional. I will be filing a bar complaint as well as better business bearu.
