- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This place is disgusting!! Roaches so bad!!! Tweakers so bad! I have had many issues with the front office not doing anything. I have a lawsuit set up against them. Mold in my bathrooms they just paint over it. Downstairs neighbors smoke so much in their house it comes into my vents. The office is rude and lied about the first 30 days free I thought my lease was 6 months but the office guy tim gave me. 1 year lease.
