  I had the an absolute great experience while living here. There have been major changes happening since the new management company took over. The property looks great as a lot of improvements have been happening. The office staff is really friendly and very attentive to the requests I have had and have made sure that my experience while living here is a great one! I recommend it highly!

  The new management company has been great. The office staff are much nicer now and they are making an effort to work with tenants (whereas before they were cold, uncaring and rude.). Megan has been fantastic. She's been extremely kind, caring and helpful. The grounds are looking wonderful (I'm really bummed about them tearing up the grass though. I know the upkeep is expensive but I loved having grass.). There are still some rough areas in the complex (the far southwest corner is ridiculous. The kids over there are out of control and they are constantly trashing things and screaming as loud as they can all day long.) I realize that it's going to take time for management to fix all of the issues that the previous companies caused. My only real complaint is that it's taking maintenance awhile to respond to requests. If that changes, I'm happy to rate five stars.
